On the terrace of the Cultural Center, there is a cafe or restaurant with sea views. The Cultural Center was designed as a low, long, horizontal structure respecting the silhouette of the city.
With its continuous glass facade, the foyer hall extending throughout the building is associated with the green area in front of the building and the Marmara Sea just below.
The south-facing foyer is protected from the scorching sun rays by vertical sunshades covered with natural stone in front of the facade. These vertical columns, positioned at different intervals, provide the Cultural Center with a striking and unique character.
