The proposal has considered educational buildings not only as places where information is acquired, but also as sustainable buildings where students studying on basic sciences are introduced to the use of green energy and interact with nature. In parallel, the main land settlement decisions were made with the aim of functionality, maximizing the use of the sun, turning to the sea and providing a “sustainable” life in greenery.

Permaculture Organic Roof Garden
An organic garden has been proposed for the education and consumption of students on the roof of the dining hall. Hence, while the students will witness the organic production in person, it will be possible to use these organic crops in the cafeteria.

Solar and Wind Energy
The electricity consumption of the Science High School will be provided by solar panels on the roof and 3 wind turbines in the parking lot. The excess energy will be transmitted to other structures in the campus.
