This new 2500 m² R&D Center in Tubitak's Gebze Campus (The scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkiye) is designed with the aim of nurturing creative thinking in contrast to the existing old buildings in the campus and it will be used for new generation research and development studies.

It consists of R&D offices, meeting rooms, cafe and conference hall structures. While on the one hand individual masses housing different functions stand out with their individual roof forms, on the other hand they form a harmonious and strong integrity together.
In the center of these steel structures, the artificial water lake supports the outdoor use of the engineers and creates a relaxing view for the cafe occupants. The conference building is considered independent from the other building blocks, but in close proximity.
A pedestrian axis, which starts from the main entrance area of the campus is protected by shading structure and has been created for all campus residents to access the conference hall on foot or by scooter. Projects related to Tübitak researches will be exhibited along this axis.
