Design & Build Turnkey

The tall wind tower encapsulates the prevailing cool winds generated by the valley and turns the air movement down. At ground level, the vapor of the rain water pool gets mixed with that air and cools down the interior via cross ventilation..

The remote and pristine surrounding encourages the use of timber and prefabrication systems. We propose a mix of volumetric and panelised prefabrication. Exterior wooden wall panels are plastered with clay whereas the main residence facades are clad with accoya wood shingles for its durability and elegance. The building roofs are curved to find a harmonious relationship with the desert surrounding.
