Our managing partner Architect Emre Cetinel had contributed extensively to the Maltepe Housing project designed by the architecture office NSMH. Maltepe Housing is the first and largest housing project in the region. It consists of 1,300 units between 75 and 300 m², with a total construction area of 200,000 m², consisting of two towers with 15 and 30 floors, as well as "side-by-side blocks" varying between 4 and 9 floors on a 200,000 m² land.

The blocks on the flat part of the land are placed perpendicular to the sea and the blocks on the sloping part of the land are placed parallel to the sea.
