Our managing partner Architect Emre Cetinel had contributed extensively to the Levent Tower project designed by Tabanlioglu Architects. It is an A+ class smart office and trade center building with 40 floors, 161 m height, 12.500 m² of living area and 122,896 m² of closed area.

The project, which stands out with its all-glass exterior, LED-equipped interior and exterior lighting, green roof, local vegetation, and bicycle park, is Leed Platinum certified.
It is environmentally friendly with its parking and charging unit for electric cars, green areas, energy-efficient office areas and the use of recycled materials. Office areas are designed to make maximum use of natural light and to reuse rain water and condensate water.
