The house is requested to be 100 m² net area with 2 bedrooms and a common living area to enable the user to host guests. It is located along the long side of the existing plot and it is aimed to benefit from the sea breeze that will blow from the sea in the summer months.

The bedrooms were positioned at both ends of the building so that the users can have privacy in the home. The common area consisting of an open kitchen and living area was integrated physically with the entrance terrace and visually with the front garden. Thanks to the transparent south façade facing the sea, it is ensured that all rooms can take in the sea breeze and passively ventilate throughout the cross section of the building.

In addition, the long eaves of the roof and the moving panels made of horizontal bamboo beneath it were aimed to control the excess sunlight and heat. The sloping bamboo canopy above the entrance terrace allows the use of the terrace even on the days when the sun is strongest, without interrupting the visual connection of the living area with the outside. The rain falling during the winter months is directed by the rain chains in the roof gutters to the artesian well opened in the garden and stored for garden use in dry days.
