Design & Build Turnkey
The design scheme that will reinforce the user's feeling of being a part of natural life was the priority of planning and accordingly, three facades of the house are considered as one long, continous glass wall.
The steel columns of the building are positioned outside of the interior and the glass walls are protected by roof eaves. The wooden slats surrounding the building on the exterior surface are used like a semi-permeable tulle cover, which is extended to the ground level at certain points, providing the privacy required for the bedrooms and balancing the solar heat intake of the interior.
