The compound is to contain 15 residential towers -total built up areas of 315,000 m², a 5star hotel & commercial centre, primary & secondary schools, nursery & kindergarten, local market, recreational facilities -restaurants, cafes, playgrounds for kids-, and the supporting infra structures required for this sustainable community.
There are 4 pieces of 2-bedroom units and 4 pieces 3-bedroom units at each floor. Some of these units have an amazing view to Tigris River and the Imam's Shrine.
Elevator halls are designed to be spacious, elegant and well-lit with the use of porcelain ceramic tiles and textile on the walls as well as back illuminated stretch fabric at the suspended ceiling.
