Established in 1987, Nevsa Construction LLC has been serving in the construction industry for over 35 years, during which time it has implemented over 100,000 m² of built area. It has a highly qualified team of engineers, architects and site workers experienced in the design and construction of residential, commercial, institutional and public projects.

Since its foundation, our pledge has been to establish lasting relationships with our customers by exceeding their expectations and gaining their trust through exceptional performance by every member of the construction team.

    White Mansions


    Nevsa constructed one of the first summer house settlements in Bodrum, Mugla and White Mansions became an exemplary of contemporary residential architecture in this stunning touristic coastal region.

    Nevsa built several large housing settlements in Istanbul with over 200 units designed to be in strong connection with its green surroundings.

    High apartment buildings with 12-15 stories built by Nevsa had a strong distinction in their settings with their notable facade design.

    Nevsa Mansions became the trademark of Nevsa Construction as its architecture and landscape design offered elegant and safe communal areas that support family and community life in the densed urban neighborhood.

    Tubitak Science High School Complex


    Nevsa is awarded by the government to be the first winner of Tubitak Science High School Complex design proposed to be the first self-sufficient and sustainable school to educate future engineers of the country.
